Hi there! My name is Rebecca Smith, I go by Becca. Like all of you I wear many hats in life. I am a wife to a busy and aspirational man who is an amazing partner in life and an even better father. I am a mother to two toddler boys who keep me on my toes daily. I am a board-certified emergency medicine physician and just underwent a career change. I whole heartedly believe in the role that fitness and nutrition play in living a full and healthy life. I launched a new business. I love doing home DIY projects.

Working as a doctor in an American ER during the COVID pandemic (pregnant!) really changed my perspective on my career in the medical field. (More on that in my first blog post.)

Fitness has been important to me since I was a kid. I have been doing CrossFit for over 10 years and am always looking for ways to be active whether it's taking up jiujitsu, doing yoga, going for a walk or a hike, or chasing my kids around somewhere. Movement is so important for longevity.

Many of us juggle so many responsibilities and feel like we're just trying to stay afloat, day by day, myself included. I want to try to harness that chaos to constantly push myself out of my comfort zone in the pursuit of personal growth and I'd love to take you on that journey with me.
